Tribute to Trans-Am
A number of cars prepared by MAECO Motorsport were invited to join in the Tribute to Trans-Am at the Petersen Automotive Museum.
Bo Cheadle's original Bud Moore Ford Factory TransAm race car (on the left), serial number 01. This 1970 Boss Mustang was originally driven by George Follmer and Parnelli Jones. It is shown here alongside the similar Dan Lipitz-owned Boss Mustang.
Ed Dwer's 1970 Camaro was originally driven in Trans-Am racing by Warren Agor.
Tomy Drissi's 1967 Camaro was originally driven by Dick Guldstrand.
Ross Myers had two cars on display. On the left is his ex-Dan Gurney 1967 Mercury Cougar. On the right is his ex-Jim Sutter 1966 Mustang.
